SATELLITE INSTRUMENT EROS-B The Earth Remote Observation System-B (EROS-B) is the second Israeli commercial Earth observation satellite of the EROS series. Launched in 2006, it can perform sub-metre resolution panchromatic imagery. While mainly used for emergency monitoring, it can also also monitor nighttime lights.
