GROUND BASED NETWORK
UNESCO TRIPPSTADT
The UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest-North Vosges is one of the International Dark Sky Parks in Germany and thus installed dedicated instruments to measure the night sky. One of the measuring spots is the roof of the House of Sustainability – the hub for activities in the park with an exhibition. It offers guided tours as well as star gazing spots for astrologists and the interested public.
